This 2026 Boucher GR-HG-166T pairs an Adirondack spruce top with Grande Reserve torrefied flamed maple back and sides, giving the guitar a striking appearance and a distinctive take on the traditional dreadnought format. The 4A Grade Gold Touch Adirondack top brings a high level of figuring and visual detail to the Natural finish, while the mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard keep the overall design familiar and understated. Boucher’s construction is focused on producing a responsive, powerful acoustic, and the torrefied maple adds another interesting dimension to the build. A premium Canadian-made dreadnought with a particularly eye-catching set of woods, this is a fresh example from Boucher’s current lineup.
