Description

For those in the know, the Ampeg Gemini II is a great budget-friendly alternative to the more familiar Fender combos of the era, with its 7591 power section lending a distinctly midrange-forward character. The larger 1x15 format gives it a fuller, broader sound than the Gemini I, with plenty of clean headroom throughout the volume control and excellent onboard reverb.

This example is decidedly player-grade, showing moderate signs of previous wear, including a large section of missing tolex on the rear back panel. Internally, it has received a light amount of servicing but still retains its original two-prong power cord. While fully functional as it sits, additional servicing may be advisable in the future for long-term reliability.

As a neat bonus, this amp was longtime owned by beloved Nashville native and Premier Guitar icon John Bohlinger!
