The Ampeg AMB-1 is a versatile Electric Bass with a nice rich tone suiting many genres. Named as the Ampeg Magnetic Bass; it features a Natural finish with Black Pickguard, a scroll headstock, and an original Ampeg Pickup. This is the second Ampeg design for what we now know as the electric bass, replacing upright basses for more modern styles of music. In contrast to the first AEB model, these bass were built more structurally and ergonomically sound with a much better pickup than its predecessor. These changes lead to easier playing and more dynamic sounds for the progressing 60's sound. This bass is in all original condition and is currently strung with flat wounds.
Comes with an Epiphone hard case and the original gig bag.
