Description

This 1945 Martin 00-17 shows its age in all the right ways, with a dry, balanced tone and the kind of playability that comes from a well-executed neck reset and refret. It’s had a handful of minor but meaningful repairs and modifications over the years, all done with a focus on keeping it playing clean and true. The original mahogany body wears decades of use gracefully, with finish wear that feels earned rather than worn out. It plays easily up the neck and responds well to a lighter touch. A well-loved example of an incredible guitar.
