This Larson Brothers Euphonon Jumbo from the 1930s stands as a rare example of the company’s large-bodied design, built during a period when few makers were exploring guitars of this size. The instrument has seen its share of careful repair work over the years. The bridge has been reglued along with a replacement bridge plate, and cracks at the B-string and bass-side lower bout have been addressed. The neck has been reset and refretted, ensuring stability and playability, while replacement tuners provide modern functionality. The pickguard was removed at some point, and the guitar now carries some top and back overspray with refinished sides. These updates reflect a long life of use while preserving the voice and structure of the instrument. As one of the Larson Brothers’ larger format guitars, it represents an important chapter in their innovative approach to guitar making.

Includes vintage Lifton hard shell case.
