Description

This 1957 Gibson LG-1 conversion offers exceptional vintage Gibson tone at an accessible price point. The guitar has been expertly converted to an X-brace configuration, significantly enhancing its tonal quality. Additional repairs and modifications include replaced tuners, an oversprayed finish, a replaced truss rod cover, cleated top cracks near the treble side of the fingerboard extension and pickguard, a new bridge and saddle, and a neck reset. These thoughtful updates have resulted in a guitar that plays effortlessly and delivers a rich, well-balanced tone. It comes with a non-original hardshell case for added protection.
