This 1964 Gibson J-45 is a classic example of Gibson’s most iconic acoustic. With its slope-shoulder body, spruce top, and mahogany back and sides, it offers the warm, balanced tone these guitars are famous for—punchy mids, a smooth low end, and clear, open trebles. The neck has a comfortable mid-’60s profile, and the guitar has the kind of played-in feel and resonance that only comes with age. A vintage workhorse with tons of vibe and tone.
