Description

This ’65 Stratocaster comes from the pivotal CBS transition era, retaining the classic pre-CBS feel and aesthetic. The three-tone sunburst finish highlights a well-aged alder body, paired with a comfortable maple neck and Brazilian rosewood fingerboard. It’s been refretted for improved playability, while the original electronics and hardware remain intact. The gray-bottom single-coils deliver that unmistakable mid-’60s clarity and chime. A fine example of a Strat that bridges two distinct chapters of Fender history.
