Description

A novel and tasteful take on the original Fender design, this prototype Precision Bass from the Custom Shop walks a great line of vintage and contemporary specifications. A single TV Jones Thunderblade pickup with flat wound strings makes for a potent tonal pairing - warm, thudding lows with a punchy midrange. A slightly improved Fender RSD bridge also allows for improved tuning stability with minimal aesthetic sacrifice. This example remains overall in great shape, only sporting the occasional ding here and mild scrape there - the perfect amount of patina to make this instrument feel at home in the hands. Includes OHSC.
