Modeled after the infamous 1959 Strat, this Fender Custom Shop 1959 Strat with a Heavy Relic sustains the original vibe with some modern appointments. With Handwound Texas Special pickups, aged Hardware, and an Alder body, and a perfect shaped neck this guitar is Fender has IT. Featuring the “heavy relic” treatment, this guitar represents “natural” wear and tear of a played guitar might have faced over the years. It looks great. It sounds great.
