Tippin DS12-12S 2003, Natural

This 12 string Tippin is an incredible guitar with a shimmering sound. Capturing a sound equated with the dreams of the 70's, this bold shining guitar is a joy to play. The Birdseye Brazilian Rosewood is beautiful and entirely unique, it makes a lovely pairing to the Adirondack top. This guitar is in very good condition with some light scratching from play wear and buckle rash. There are also a few areas of finish discoloration that seem to be injuries due to an unfortunate visit to a repair shop or reaction with something stored near the guitar. No area of discoloration is visible when playing the instrument. This DS12 is remarkable in its ability to balance sound and translate an even and lush sound both when strummed and picked. We have seen somewhere between few and none of wood sets such as this Birdseye Brazilian. It is truly a guitar to note highly for its visual and tonal prowess.
