Description

This Ruhland F5 is a remarkable build with a great backstory. The top is made of reclaimed Adirondack Spruce from a beam in a barn built in North Carolina in the 1890s. The tone bars, also Adirondack Spruce, are from a New York piano build from the same era. A light spirit varnish finish helps preserve the beautiful wood without affecting its aged acoustic qualities. EVO fret wire provides crystal clear tone up and down the board, and the exquisite details in the headstock inlay and Eric Wells hand-engraved Prucha tailpiece truly make it stand out.
