This handsome open-back banjo was built by luthier Bill Rickard in Aurora, ON Canada. This classic old-time banjo sports a 12-inch Maple rim, as well as a Maple neck with a Rosewood fingerboard. This banjo has a bright punchy tone, perfect for various traditional styles of music, and would also feel right at home in an indie-folk context. The Tubaphone tone-ring gives this instrument a robust response, and offers plenty of volume for the stage or studio. This banjo is in excellent condition.
