The Powers Electric A in Frozen Berry Metallic is a standout from Powers Electric’s 2024 lineup—bold in finish and refined in feel. With its slim, trussed hollow body featuring a solid maple top and urban ash body, it delivers surprising resonance and sustain while remaining comfortably lightweight.  The neck is crafted from a one-piece mahogany blank with a Honduran rosewood fingerboard and an asymmetrical radius—rounder under the bass strings, flatter toward the treble—for both ease in bending and more natural chord work. 
Hardware wise, the A-Type is equipped with the proprietary “CamTail” tremolo system—a machined aluminum tailpiece engineered so that each string’s ramp is individually compensated for tension and gauge, meaning when you dive the bar all strings move in pitch together, avoiding the common “in-unison yet out-of-tune” feel of many trem systems. 
Tonally, this model features Powers Electric’s FF42 or PF42 Faraday-type single-coil pickups—silence-shielded and voiced for clarity and live feel—offering rich dynamics, crisp clean articulation and enough versatility for varied playing styles.
