Built in Austin by luthier Pava Knezevic, this 2012 A-5 showcases thoughtful craftsmanship and a refined voice. The carved Adirondack spruce top and figured maple back and sides deliver a balanced blend of warmth and clarity, well-suited to a variety of mandolin styles. Its Amber Blonde finish highlights the wood under a hand-rubbed varnish that feels inviting and broken-in. Comfortable playability and tasteful appointments round out a mandolin built with care and intention. If you’re looking for a modern build with a traditional spirit, this one is ready to be enjoyed.
