Description

The Northfield Big Mon takes the familiar F-style mandolin and gives it a clean, modern interpretation with a focus on traditional materials and careful construction. This 2026 example pairs an Adirondack Spruce top with highly figured Maple back and sides, finished in a high-gloss hybrid varnish that brings out plenty of depth in the wood. The wide nut gives the neck a little more room than a standard mandolin, while the Ebony fingerboard and bridge, Gotoh tuners, and engraved Northfield tailpiece round out the traditional setup.

An Airloom Tura white carbon fiber case is included.
