If you find yourself in demand for a classical to play on stage, you might come to see that there are not many options; and it isn't very common to see ones with a pickup installed. Part of this reason is that many classicals lack endpins that can be reamed to retrofit for cable jacks. But the larger issue is that nylon strings, lacking metal core, can't excite a magnetic pickup. However, this New World guitar uses a contact saddle setup that facilitates sound. It has further been modified with strap locks and buttons to be played standing. There you go! An excellent solution!
