Michaud Made 00R 2022, Flamed Maple & Moon Spruce

Joel Michaud of Michaud Made crafts his contemporary interpretations of familiar guitar models from his workshop in Calgary, Alberta. While their curves may be distinct and modern, his tone is classic and refined—a perfect combo. He uses notable construction features like double sides for strength and stability, a Somogyi-inspired sculpted bridge, and of course, premium tonewoods. This is a beautiful little 00, "built small with a deceivingly big presence." Monteleone-inspired appointments and a "Ghost Burst" finish are the perfect accent to lushly flamed maple and silky moon spruce. The three-piece curly maple neck is on the fuller C-shape side (perfect for those Gibson players), while a Manzer wedge makes this little guitar even more comfortable to play.Built in 2022 and only owned briefly, this guitar is ready to blossom with some serious playing. Condition is excellent.
