Description

This 2013 Maton EBG808C “Michael Fix” is a compact cutaway acoustic-electric and the signature model of its namesake Australian guitarist. It features a Sitka spruce top with Queensland maple back and sides, a combination that offers a clear, balanced response with a focused midrange. The guitar shows mild player wear with buckle rash and scattered dings throughout. There is also a crack along the electronics control area that has been repaired with super glue and remains stable. It remains a comfortable and responsive instrument with the distinctive build and electronics package.
