Herringbone classical style! This '44 00-28G features the classic 28-style appointments which include a spruce top, Brazilian Rosewood back and sides, and the fabled herringbone top boarder. The "G" in the model name was used by Martin to indicate a guitar that was built for gut strings in instead of the standard steel strings.
This particular guitar has been completely refinished, has had a neckset and a refret, has had the tuners replaced, and has had a K&K pickup installed. This is a great sounding nylon string with the legendary '40s Martin sound!
