Coming from a builder dedicated to playability and premium materials, this African Blackwood twelve fret is impressive to say the least. The instrument's beauty is dramatic and obviously derived from a builder who knows the intricacies of working with exceptional tone woods and proven build techniques. The Model F is built with volume and fullness in mind, this twelve fret offers a shorter scale length that increases playability and reins in the volume of the instrument. This guitar references a unique sound that is full and pushes a lower mid range with clarity in the top-end. Kathy is an excellent luthier and this is certainly some top work from her more recent builds.

From Kathy: "The Model F Grand Auditorium is the guitar designed to fill up a big room with sound. Without giving up clarity and balance, this guitar has a powerful bass, beautiful trebles, smooth mids and the capacity for aggressive, dynamic fingerstyle or rhythm playing.

This is a big guitar, but the deep waist of the Model F allows it to sit comfortably low for playing while seated.

Power, presence, definition, sustain, beauty. Perfect."
