This 1920s Harmony/Supertone "Tree of Life" model showcases an ornate aesthetic matched by a host of thoughtful restoration work. Finished in natural with a complete overspray, the guitar shows fine checking beneath the surface that hints at its age while giving the top a subtle texture. A neck reset and fingerboard extension shim ensure solid playability up the neck, while a full refret, new nut and saddle, and plugged fret markers contribute to clean, updated feel and appearance. The original bridge has been reglued, with an added bridge plate extension for improved structural support and tone transfer. Though clearly a working instrument with a history, it plays easily and offers a warm, open voice that suits the era. A unique example of early 20th-century American craftsmanship, brought back to life with care and attention to detail. Comes with a HSC.
