The 1962 Guild CA-100 is a fine example of the company’s early archtop craftsmanship, blending elegant design with warm, articulate tone. Built with a 16” laminated maple body and spruce top, it delivers a clear, resonant voice. The comfortable neck profile and Brazilian rosewood fingerboard provide a great playing surface, while the understated appointments give it a timeless appeal. Cosmetically, it remains in good shape for its age with several finish dings on its top. Our in-house repair team recently shaved and shaped the bridge for optimal playing.
