Description

The Gretsch Super Axe was the final design that Chet Atkins collaborated with Gretsch on. The concept of the build is all about sustain and the electronics feature: humbuckers and a built-in phaser and compressor. These are rather rare guitars and a favorite of Johnny Marr. This example is in nearly unplayed condition.
