Introduced in 1951 and made through 1959, the Gretsch Electromatic, renamed the Streamliner in 1955, was a no-frills electric archtop that featured a Melita adjustable bridge, Gretsch "G" logo tailpiece, and DeArmond neck pickup. With shining finish and hardware alike, this example from 1956 comes in largely original condition save for a heel gap finish fill. A comfortable action makes for easy fretting and chording up and down the neck, and this Gretsch rings beautifully both plugged in and acoustically.

Comes with OHSC.

*When using Affirm, we charge an additional 3.5% fee on the total at checkout. The majority of our instruments are consignment, where CVG keeps a small percentage of each sale. To be able to cover the additional costs required to offer financing, we have to include a higher fee to the customer. The 3.5% fee will be included in and spread across your Affirm payments.
