The 2011 Gretsch Custom Shop 6128-GHT George Harrison Tribute Duo Jet is a meticulously crafted homage to the legendary guitarist's iconic instrument. Modeled after Harrison's beloved 1957 Duo Jet, this limited-edition guitar features period-accurate details, including an arched laminated maple top, chambered mahogany body, and vintage-style hump block inlays on a Brazilian rosewood fretboard. Equipped with DynaSonic pickups, a Bigsby B6C vibrato tailpiece, and gold-plated hardware, it delivers the classic Gretsch tone and playability that helped shape the sound of The Beatles. This tribute model is finished in a timeless black lacquer with a lightly aged patina to replicate Harrison's original.
