The Gil Yaron 1959 Les Paul Replica is a meticulously built recreation of a 1959 Gibson Les Paul, produced in 2011 with a classic Sunburst finish. Yaron's approach focuses heavily on vintage construction details, including a carved maple top over a mahogany body, a one-piece mahogany neck, and a Brazilian rosewood fingerboard. Two PAF-style humbuckers provide a broad, articulate sound with the woody midrange and dynamic response expected from this type of build. The aged finish and carefully executed hardware give the guitar the appearance of a well-preserved original while retaining the consistency of a modern handmade instrument.
