Description

More than four decades after it was built, this 1983 Gibson Les Paul "Spotlight Special" in Sunburst is in near-mint condition and appears unplayed. It is completely original, with the original electronics, the original Gibson Deluxe tuners, the original hardshell case, and no modifications or repairs. Its mahogany and maple body and mahogany neck with a rosewood board are the classic Les Paul pairing, and the original pickups read a matched 7.1K each. At 9.2 lbs it has the solid, substantial feel of a true Les Paul. The oval neck profile, measuring .87" to .99", gives your hand plenty to hold onto. Instruments in this kind of untouched condition don't come along often, and every note this guitar has to give is still waiting to be played.

Includes OHSC.
