The Southern Jumbo was introduced by Gibson in 1942 as a deluxe version of the J-45, its flagship slope-shouldered dreadnought. Like the best flat-tops from this era, this '55 SJ has a gorgeous warm tone and is a joy to play.
This guitar has a replaced bridge and replaced tuners, and features a repaired and cleated top crack. The truss rod is not functional, but the neck relief and action are exactly where you'd want it. Includes hardshell case.
