Description

This 1972 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe is an early example of the model’s return to the Les Paul lineup, pairing the classic Goldtop finish with the smaller Mini-Humbuckers introduced for the Deluxe. The guitar has replacement tuners, while the original ABR-1 bridge has collapsed slightly in the center. The neck also has a warp and twist that will require a full refret and fingerboard planing to correct, and these issues currently cause the guitar to fret out above the 9th fret. It is being sold As-Is with the repairs left to the next owner, who can address the neck and bridge as desired to bring the guitar back to its optimal playing condition.
