This 2022 Gibson Les Paul R9 Murphy Lab is a stunning tribute to a legendary '59 Les Paul 'Burst, crafted with precision by Gibson's Custom Shop. Its Ultralight Aging treatment, performed by the Murphy Lab, gives it a subtly worn-in look with fine checking and lightly aged hardware, simulating decades of natural use. Featuring a figured maple top, a solid mahogany body, and CustomBucker pickups, it delivers the iconic PAF tone with exceptional resonance and sustain. Cosmetically, aside from the Ultralight Aging it also has a ding in the top middle that has been drop-filled and some slight wear around the edges.
