This 1969 Gibson J-50 is a great songwriter companion with a subdued comfortable tone. At some point, likely in the early 70s shortly after construction, it appears to have been re-necked in the Gibson factory. With the re-necking they fitted a new bridge and bridge plate and seem to have replaced the back bracing, added a Spanish heel and refinished the guitar. These repairs resulted in a great playing guitar with plenty of tone and remaining in great condition. With a pickup installed it's ready for studio or stage!
Includes modern HSC.
