Gibson's J-50s are always such a joy to play, with their dry, rumbly mahogany power, perfect for rhythm playing, and a short scale that makes fingerpicking breezy, too. The "ADJ" means adjustable bridge, giving the player easy control over of the setup. This 1964 model is in really great condition for a guitar this age, with a short list of repairs that includes just a bridge reglue and a reglued back brace. There's some hazing/reaction in the finish on the back, some light scuffs, a couple minor dings, and a couple lines of crazing. In short, nothing you wouldn't expect from a vintage guitar, and probably less.
The case, on the other hand, looks a little unsightly with the black coating peeled off in huge sections, but it still does the job!
