What an incredible instrument. Every repair done to this guitar has improved its longevity and playability. Few guitars offer up a more comfortable and genuine playing experience than the thicker neck of 40's J-35's. This J-35 sings the high and low notes, there is also a mahogany mid push in its sound that punches into a mix. That mid focus is fully supported by the booming bass and crisp highs coming from the eight decades of aging and solidifying that make these such special instruments. When playing this guitar you will hear and feel every reason this year range of Gibsons are so highly coveted. A true players' and collectors' piece.
