This 1923 Gibson F-4 mandolin is a stunning example of early 20th-century craftsmanship, featuring a spruce top, maple back and sides, ivoroid binding throughout, and the distinctive torch inlay. The oval soundhole design delivers a rich, resonant bass that beautifully complements the sweet highs. Despite its age, this mandolin is in excellent condition, with only a single repaired crack on the back.
