A clean 1970 example of an iconic model! Introduced in 1958 as Gibson's first thinline semi-hollow electric, the ES-335 has become the cornerstone of semi-hollow body electrics. It is in mostly clean condition with some finishing chipping out around the neck joint and on the back of the body with finish checking throughout. It has also had a recent neck joint repair and is stable. Very interestingly, it has a Brazilian Rosewood fretboard left over from when Gibson stopped acquiring Brazilian in 1969. It sounds great with all original Patent number pickups and electronics. It plays great too with original frets in surprisingly good shape! Includes non-original hard shell case
