Inspired by the early work of C.F. Martin, Swedish luthier Thomas Fredholm has been handcrafting high quality guitars since the 1980s. Fredholm builds his steel strings in using the “traditional classical” method, upside down with the traditional Spanish peones (glue blocks) inside. This 12-fret 0 size acoustic combines a German spruce top and an unusual five-piece Brazilian rosewood back and sides, all under a delicate French polish finish to maximize the vibrational potential of these premium tonewoods. For the classical player or fingerstylist looking for that vintage steel-string parlor experience in a newer guitar, it doesn't get much better than this! This guitar has a lovely, ringing tone that responds beautifully to a lighter touch, and the full rounded neck carve is comfortable to play.

Pearl rosette and purfling add a beautiful touch to this vintage-inspired guitar. Condition is excellent with a couple spots of finish reaction on the back and side waist bass side. This instrument has a beautiful varnish finish that does show every interaction the player has with the guitar.

It comes in Hoffee hardshell case.
