This 1963 Stratocaster is a great player with vintage wear showing years of play. The most notable aspect of this guitar is that the underneath the guard the middle pickup was previously routed out, but since plugged, re-drilled to fit the single-coil pickup and finished over. It's professional work that doesn't affect its playability at all. The neck features a beautiful cut of Brazilian Rosewood with a nice large refret. The pots date to '63 and the Neck dates to September 63 as well. This is a solid deal on a Pre-CBS Strat with some thoughtful remediation to get it back into great shape.

Includes original blonde Fender hard shell case.
