Fender Starcasters exist. Yes, it's not just a mistaken recall of the "Stratocaster" model. They are just as fun and 1970s as the name suggests. Starcasters came out in 1975, two years before Lucas's Star Wars series. They feature double wide-range Humbucking pickups, designed by famous Gibson designer Seth Lover. While it shares sonic similarities to Gibson, it has the unmistakably Fender construction of an offset body and long scale length. This particular example was extensively played, sub-sequentially refretted, and comes with its original hardshell case, with band name "Stolen Oath' spraypainted on.

*When using Affirm, we charge an additional 3.5% fee on the total at checkout. The majority of our instruments are consignment, where CVG keeps a small percentage of each sale. To be able to cover the additional costs required to offer financing, we have to include a higher fee to the customer. The 3.5% fee will be included in and spread across your Affirm payments.
