Description
If you're looking for the perfect grunge machine, here it is! Echoing notes of Kurt Cobain and the like, this is a modified Fender mustang with character to spare. It has a 1966 body (which was originally daphne blue) that was contoured and refinished black with flame decals added to the back. The neck pickup is the original '66 pickup that was rewound and it has a DiMarzio Billy Corgan pickup in the bridge for heavy rock tones. The neck is an early '70s mustang neck that had its headstock refinished to match the body, completing the guitar and giving it a killer and unique look. It plays great with good action and sounds huge, punching way above its weight in the grand scheme of vintage Fenders.
