Modifications/RepairsThin area of dark touch-up on the edge of the front and back of guitar, it's hard to see without a blacklight, binding on fingerboard has had finish buffed off on the sides of the neck; the finish is still present on the binding at the end of the board, the headstock finish looks like it was heated and that heat caused the logo to degrade

This 1966 Fender Jazzmaster is in very good condition.  This guitar is almost completely original, see our comments in the, "Specs" section for the issues.  This Jazzmaster's lightweight and well balanced when it's on a strap.  The neck's a little on the thinner side but it still feels great to play.  The original frets still have plenty of life left in them and the guitar plays great.  Classic sound from both pickups, this thing's ready to make all your surf, or indie rock, dreams come true.  A nice bonus, the guitar comes with an early '60s brown Tolex Fender case that's in great shape.
