A stunning and beautifully aged Fender Esquire. At the time of its release, the Esquire was essentially a Telecaster with only a single bridge pickup meant to introduce a cheaper alternative to the Tele in Fender's line of guitars. Regardless of their stripped down appointments, these guitars are powerhouses that are very versatile thanks to the 'Esquire circuit' offering 3 different tone settings for your single bridge pickup and have been used by notable musicians for many years for their unique sound.Â
This example is housing its original pickup/electronics and it sounds incredible - as you'd expect a black guard Esquire would. The only work that has been done to this guitar is a re-fret, so it plays excellently and feels great in hand with a Soft V neck profile.
Includes its original hard shell case.
