Description

This 2019 Fender Custom Shop ’69 Stratocaster Relic feels like a Strat that’s lived a full life. Finished in Olympic White, the relic work is beautifully done, giving it the broken-in look and feel of a well-played late-’60s original. The late-’60s D-shaped neck has a reassuring heft to it—solid in the hand without ever feeling bulky. Under the hood, it’s loaded with hand-wired Custom Shop pickups: a chimey ’69 Strat in the neck, a warm Fat ’50s in the middle, and a punchy Texas Special at the bridge, covering everything from glassy cleans to gritty bite. It’s all original, built with classic Custom Shop care, and comes complete with the original hardshell case and certificate of authenticity.
