Description

This 1970s Tele Custom Heavy Relic delivers classic ’70s attitude with a worn-in feel that’s immediately familiar. Finished in Aged India Ivory, the Heavy Relic lacquer shows extensive wear throughout, giving the guitar the look of a longtime stage companion. The 2-piece select ash body keeps things punchy and articulate, while the black 3-ply pickguard and wide-range pickup layout anchor it firmly in Tele Custom territory.

The quartersawn maple neck features a 1965 Strat-style “C” profile, offering a comfortable, approachable feel that balances vintage heft with everyday playability. A vintage compound 7.25"–9.5" radius and narrow tall frets make it easy to move between chords and lead work. The pairing of a Custom Shop hand-wound Twisted Tele bridge pickup with a CuNiFe wide-range humbucker in the neck delivers a broad tonal palette—from clear, cutting Tele bite to fuller, thicker neck tones—wired with ’72 Tele Custom wiring for straightforward versatility. Comes with Deluxe Hardshell Case, strap, and Certificate of Authenticity.
