Description

This 2010 Eastman MD505 in sunburst shows plenty of playwear, with a finish that’s worn through in spots from years of regular use. It has a clear, focused tone with a dry, woody character that speaks up easily under the pick. An L.R. Baggs piezo pickup was added for simple, reliable amplification without altering the instrument’s acoustic integrity. The neck is comfortable, the frets are in good shape, and everything functions as it should. A well-used, well-maintained A-style mandolin that’s ready to keep going.
