Description

A fantastic sounding OMC from Collings Guitars in Austin, TX. The guitar was custom ordered with a sunburst finish and herringbone perfling. Baked Sitka Spruce top leads to a very dry and responsive sound that is tonally shaped by the rosewood back and sides. While phenomenally gentle and decisive sound is present when fingerpicking, this instrument shines when strummed and pushed to its limits, which it clearly does not have. The guitar has great headroom and continues to push a Collings sound that would translate incredibly to the studio. This guitar is in exceptional condition and will make the next owner an inspired player.
