The Collings AT-17 is the crown jewel of the Collings lineup, with only a handful ever made - pretty much all start to finish by Bill Collings himself. Built with a hand-carved spruce top and maple back and sides, it delivers a dry, punchy voice with plenty of clarity and headroom—equally at home in a big band setting or a solo chord-melody gig. The fit and finish are everything you'd expect from Collings, with the most elegant appointments and a level of detail that's second to none. Cosmetically, it remains in incredible condition for pushing 30 years of age with no real notable wear.
