This heirloom quality Bourgeois OM-45 with master-grade Brazilian rosewood and Adirondack spruce is a stunningly gorgeous guitar from tone to visuals, top to bottom. Dana and his team chose cream of the crop tonewoods, starting with a set of tight-grained Adirondack spruce given the Bourgeois Aged Tone treatment, matched with some subtly figured, chestnut-colored Brazilian. With a wide dynamic range that sounds as good being sensitively fingerpicked as it does with a heavy right-hand strum, this is an OM that is only going to keep getting better and better. There's nothing this guitar lacks tonally, with its rich bass, warm and even mids, and sweet highs.
Ivoroid bound from headstock to full body and with abalone purfling on top, back, sides and endgraft, the 45-style is enhanced with a flourish of shell across the fretboard, headstock and bridge, too. Condition is excellent, and it comes in a hard shell case.
