The Lafayette was designed as a blend of 1950s Tweed and 1960s British EL84 tones—somewhere between a Tweed Deluxe and a Vox AC15, with plenty of gain on tap. It offers both 12W and 6W modes to suit your volume needs. The Schizo control is a unique feature that shapes the character of the gain from aggressive to more subdued; however, it does produce an audible sound when switched, due to the circuit design. Overall, the amp is in very good condition, with only minor signs of previous wear.
