Luthier Michael Bashkin names his OM models "Placencia", after the small fishing village in southern Belize. This gorgeous instrument, made from Malaysian Blackwood paired with Bearclaw Sitka, is a delight to fingerpick, but delivers lush overtones when strummed. The fanned fret design allows its multi-scale neck to deliver a warmer, mellow treble on the higher strings without sacrificing the power and punch of the lower strings.

From Bashkin: Each OM instrument is individually voiced to provide a dynamic range broad enough to respond immediately to the player’s most subtle touch - or when called upon, to speak with power and presence - with very little urging. This is an exceptionally comfortable instrument with excellent note separation and balance that makes it an ideal choice for composing and recording.

This guitar is in excellent condition, and includes a Deluxe Calton case.
